I will change the hard disk of a laptop to another. How to load the operating system?
I'm putting the hard disk of a Compaq Presario F700 in Hall HP dv9653cl notebook PC.
You have to put on a disk or an OEM retial a Windows operating system or use a Linux operating system. Only to put the cd and turn on the computer, the mind can sometimes need to adjust the BIOS to check the CD before the hard drive to a boot program. Then simply download and install the drivers, if the windows update and the new hardware detection has not yet found. Even if the hard drive of Compaq has the same operating system then that of HP, you could go to HP website and download the appropriate drivers. If they are different OS, then you would to know who made each piece of hardware for drivers, Case New Hardware wizard not good one.
